Bible Study Classes

Continuing                                          Satterlee

The Rev. Ned Morris continues the early morning (7:00 am) discussion each Thursday.   The class meets upstairs in Conference Room 2 and  is now focusing on the Book of Acts.

Beginning September 2             PCLC

According to Beth Moore, the greatest legacy of St. John is love.  A study of "The Beloved Disciple" will begin Thursday mornings at 9:00 am in Dining Rooms A & B.  Lynne Blackman and Laura Bauknight will facilitate.

Women of all denominations are welcomed.

Beginning September 8             PCLC

There will be an evening group studying Beth Moore's "Beloved Disciple" as well.  This group will meet on Wednesday evenings in Room 112 from 6:00-8:00 pm.  Helen Mitchell, Laura Johnson, and Janet Davis will facilitate.

Beginning September 15           PCLC

Continuing the theological/historical overview of the Bible begun last year, Dr. John Bullard will offer a ten-week discussion of the Kingdom of God as grounded in the story of Israel's monarchy.  The class will meet Wednesday mornings from 9:30-11:30 am in Dining Room C.

Beginning October 1                 PCLC

Stephen Bolle will offer "Leaven at 11" on Fridays for six weeks.  A good study of any subject can act as leaven does.  The subject this time is the Nicene Creed.  Come learn how this statement of Christian faith began and how it has evolved.
